In this newly created role, Riswadkar will help drive Bluewater's inorganic growth strategy and assume responsibility for analyzing and investing in new strategic initiatives, and optimizing productivity, among other responsibilities.
Riswadkar is a seasoned business executive with more than 20 years of experience successfully driving growth for fortune 50 companies, small and large businesses both here in the U.S and around the globe. His business experience includes leading strategy, P&L ownership, corporate development, business development, strategic marketing and talent management. Riswadkar holds a MBA from Cornell University and a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Toledo.
